Business Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong Business Analysis knowledge and will be responsible for bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can analyze business needs, document requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), use cases, and user stories.
- Assist in the development of test plans and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support project management activities, including project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope.
