About the Role
Job Title: Technical Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Execute basic SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Create and maintain diagrams using various diagramming tools.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies in project execution.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Communicate complex ideas in a simple and understandable manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, including SELECT statements, JOINs, and WHERE clauses.
- Familiarity with diagramming tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, and draw.io.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
- Understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Active listening and facilitation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Desirable Skills:

Education Qualification:
