Overview:
Havells is actively expanding its renewable business portfolio with a strong focus on scaling up operations in Hybrid Inverters and Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS).
This role is for a young, sharp, and high on ownership project manager, who demonstrates strong ownership, exceptional analytical abilities, and a keen aptitude for problem-solving and data analysis. The ideal candidate should possess a strategic autonomy with execution first mindset and thrive in environments of uncertainty. Curiosity, quick learning, positive energy, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.
What you will do:
1.Go to Market Execution
- Support New Product Launch programmes with end-to-end ownership
- Conduct trade-off analysis for build, borrow or buy decisions for new products
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across R&D, sourcing, sales, marketing, and operations
- Evaluate new product opportunities and go-to-market strategies to enhance the revenue
- Deep-dive into sales, margins, channel performance, and portfolio data to identify opportunities and red flags
2.Project Management
- Strategic collaboration with key stakeholders to turn strategy into action plans.
- Own problem statements end-to-endfrom framing to execution
- Act as a go to person supporting decision-making through data, and structured analysis
- Market intelligence across competitor movements, pricing, features benchmarking
- Perform data analysis, develop storylines and manage project schedules
Desired Experience & Skills:
- Strong data orientation and proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to develop clear & simple business storylines and narrative for cross collaboration
- Exceptional multitasking, prioritization and risk management skills
