Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the banking domain.
- Develop and document business processes and workflows.
- Create functional specifications and business requirement documents.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the proper implementation of system changes and enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation phase.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management to communicate findings and recommendations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4-10 years of experience in business analysis, specifically within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, and project management software.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and operational processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
