Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the banking domain to work closely with stakeholders, gather and document business requirements, and drive technical solutions for business process improvements.
Responsibility
- Elicit business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys.,Analyze and document business requirements using use cases, user stories, and business process modeling.,Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRD) and functional requirement documents (FRD).,Collaborate with IT stakeholders to ensure business requirements are properly understood and implemented.,Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, product managers, and IT teams.,Identify and assess opportunities for process improvement and propose viable solutions.,Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders to communicate requirements and solutions effectively.,Ensure all business requirements are properly tested and validated before implementation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
