Business Analyst - Banking

Location - Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai

• 8-12 years of experience

• Work with internal and external customers to analyze the business needs and align product roadmap

• Owns the product roadmap

• Good Experience in SAFE Agile and tools like JIRA, Confluence

• Good experience in Banking & Fintech domains

Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) for all Program Iteration(PI)

Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation

• Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments

• Work closely with product management and senior management in order to create a product aligned to strategic roadmap

• Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and other stakeholders, guide the sequencing of features over time toward the best economic outcomes

• Stories are typically created before iteration execution and elaborate during PI

• Facilitate frequent conversations with teams to resolve questions, manage dependencies, and communicate priorities that emerge as stories are implemented
