Duties And Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads the App from originating the requirement to its delivery i.e. Need identification; requirement gathering; coordinating with agency/marketing agency for designing of mobile frontend; interacting with internal IT delivery team and QA.
- Coordinate with Business, COE, and Product stakeholders for requirement gathering and clarification.
- Translate business requirements into BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with IT system stakeholders for dependency mapping and solution alignment.
- Work closely with Delivery, Development, and QA teams for implementation and testing support.
- Support sprint planning, grooming, UAT, release management, and production deployment activities.
- Track requirements across the project lifecycle and ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, walkthroughs, and requirement signoffs.
- Identify risks, blockers, and gaps and proactively drive resolution.
- Support digital transformation initiatives focused on customer journeys and digital experience.
- Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and project communication updates.
- Ensure adherence to Agile delivery methodology and SDLC processes.
- Participate in solution evaluation and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong in mobile application technologies –Preferably IOS and Android; (Exp in Android is essential)
- Experience of onsite project management using agile methodology is essential.
- Understanding of Apple/Android ecosystem best practices for application development.
- Sufficient experience in both management of software projects and functional management of software development teams.
- Develop full-scale project plans and communication documents using the Agile methodology.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Develop required materials including technical specifications, project and resource plans, project updates, and presentation materials.
- Develop short term and long-term project plans, priorities and objectives
- Understanding of available framework(s) for application development on iOS platform.

Required Qualifications And Experience
- Qualifications
- Should have 1– 5 years of mobile/digital domain experience
- Prior & relevant experience in Mobile Apps domain across multiple operating systems
