(E.g – Aligned to which business or Core KRA'S) Responsible for requirement gathering, business analysis, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders and technology teams for project delivery and process improvement initiatives.
Duties And Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, use cases, and related project documentation.
- Coordinate with business, product, development, QA, and operations teams for requirement clarification and execution.
- Conduct requirement discussions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Support Agile project activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement prioritization.
- Work closely with development and QA teams during implementation, testing, and deployment phases.
- Participate in UAT activities, defect tracking, issue resolution, and production validation.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and governance standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support digital transformation, API integration, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications And Experience
Required Qualifications and Experience
:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in BFSI, FinTech, or Technology domain.Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and functional documentation.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, and MS Excel.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, workflows, and digital platforms.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination.
- Exposure to UAT support, defect management, and release coordination.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in automation, AI/OCR, or digital transformation initiatives will be an added advantage.
