Role Overview: We are looking for a Business Analyst cum Agile Scrum Master with a strong background in agile methodologies and proven expertise in driving high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results as well as drive data-driven decision-making and bridge the gap between business and technology. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, data analytics, and visualization tools. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop insights that enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis:
  
  

Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the liaison between business users and the technical team.
Documentation: Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
Problem-Solving: Analyze business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
Performance Metrics: Define KPIs and benchmarks for measuring success.

• Agile Scrum Master:
  
  

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
Coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and mindset to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth sprint execution.
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
Track and report team performance metrics to stakeholders.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability

Collaboration & Communication:

Training: Educate business users on Power BI functionalities and self-service capabilities.

Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, IT teams, and management for seamless project execution.

Presentation: Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Business Analysis Skills:

Knowledge of business process mapping and optimization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.

Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Prior experience in the investment banking domain.

Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced environment.
