Role Description
Automation Role Overview : This role will play a critical part in transforming Clients Tax Operations through intelligent automation, improving scalability, control, and efficiency while. The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on technical capability with the ability to coach and upskill teams, helping embed automation capability across the Operations function.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions to optimize operational processes across company Operations
- Leverage technologies such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) to deliver scalable automation
- Identify automation opportunities through process analysis, value assessment, and stakeholder engagement
- Integrate AI capabilities into automation solutions where appropriate to enhance decision-making and efficiency
- Provide technical leadership and establish best practices, standards, and governance for automation
- Coach, mentor, and train Operations staff to build internal automation capability
- Partner with Operations, Technology, and Change teams to deliver automation aligned to strategic priorities
- Support the development and execution of the Operations automation roadmap
- Ensure automation solutions meet risk, compliance, audit, and control requirements
