Participate in requirements gathering and scoping discussions.

2. Co-ordinate different activities including documentation, internal setups, co-ordinating with different teams, follow ups, testing and management.

3. Works with various internal stakeholders (Product, RMs, Operations, development) to implement the solution.

4. User training to new / existing users.

5. UAT and pilot testing with users for go-live

6. Preparation of different types of documents such as Scope document, BRD, KOP, Project tracker.

7. Publish periodic MIS and project trackers for activity tracking.
