Job Description

Take a lead role in acquiring, managing and retaining meaningful relationships that deliver outstanding experience to our customers. In this role, you will balance your focus on business results by offering options and finding solutions to help our customers with issues.

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team, you implement readiness strategies across multiple lines of business, including Card and Auto Ops Service. Demonstrate an ability to raise issues to relevant stakeholders or leadership with respect to anticipated impacts on customer specialists and Chase overall.

You will be expected to manage change requests received via Change Manager. Partner with servicing lines of business to drive change, process improvements, and improve the customer and specialists experience. You are expected to complete impact assessments and assign change requests via Change Manager. You may lead high-profile projects across multiple lines of business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recognized as an expert aligned to one or more Lines of Business (LOB) and complete impact assessments on changes to identify operational impacts on processes and procedures.
  • Identify and provide solutions for needed process improvements, efficiencies, control risks, and gaps.
  • Assign change requests based on capacity to business analysts.
  • Lead large-scale projects/initiatives/change requests.
  • Proactively influence stakeholders using problem solving skills to course correct when issues arise

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Auto and Card procedures and processes.
  • Ability to lead through change and drive outcomes based on competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to lead large, complex cross-LOB projects and drive execution of project deliverables.
  • Holds oneself and others accountable for achieving project goals and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of the business.
  • Demonstrate ability to raise issues to relevant stakeholders or leadership and drive triage and issue resolution.
  • Ability to facilitate strategic discussions in large forums with senior leaders.
  • Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail and ability to learn complex processes.
  • Ability to analyze and apply policy requirements to existing and proposed procedures and processes.
  • Ability to be flexible, adhere to tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work in a constantly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with process improvement and project management methodology preferred.
  • Competent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to deal with highly confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Adapts well to increasing scope and complexity of work brought on by business growth.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 04:30 PM to 01:30 AM Indian Standard Time.
  • Visa Sponsorship: This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
  • Work Arrangement: In office 100%
