The Role:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring that project objectives align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document requirements for new systems, processes, or projects.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create clear, concise documentation and process flows (e.g., using tools like Microsoft Office, Visio, or equivalent).
- Work for risk management principles and techniques.
- Building relationships and working collaboratively with diverse teams.
Skills Required:

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
