What You'll Do

• Analyze user behavior, business metrics, and product performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Build dashboards and reports to track key business and product KPIs.
• Work with Product, Growth, CRM, and Data teams to generate actionable insights.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions and new initiatives.
• Identify trends, patterns, and customer pain points through data.
• Prepare presentations and business reports for leadership.
• Assist in A/B test analysis and measure the impact of product and marketing experiments.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of SQL is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of business metrics, funnels, and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Internship/project experience in analytics, product, consulting, or business operations.
• Understanding of consumer internet or B2C products.
