Role Overview:-Responsible for translating business needs into effective IT solutions, supporting requirements analysis, application governance, testing, implementation, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Roles & Responsibilities:-- Gather, analyse, validate, and document business and system requirements.
- Analyse business processes and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Develop functional specifications, process models, workflows, wireframes, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with business, technical, security, project, and vendor teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Prepare and execute test plans, support UAT, and validate delivered functionality.
- Support project planning, tracking, status reporting, risk identification, and mitigation.
- Review vendor proposals and clarify/negotiate requirements with suppliers.
- Support business case development and solution evaluation.
- Coordinate application implementation, change management, incident/problem management, and application governance.
- Ensure solutions and development processes comply with applicable IT policies, security standards, and governance requirements.
- Provide user training and support successful adoption of new functionality.
Skills & Requirements:-- Relevant degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
- Experience in business analysis, application services, IT projects, or solution delivery.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and documentation skills.
- Experience with functional specifications, workflows, wireframes, and UAT/testing.
- Knowledge of IT risk assessment, compliance, security, and governance practices.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to assess information, identify gaps, and provide practical recommendations.
- Proactive, self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable team player.
- Exposure to public-sector/government IT environments is an advantage.
