Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role located in Noida. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, elicit requirements, and recommend solutions that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include conducting detailed business analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives. The role requires creating detailed documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects stay on track to meet organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and apply logical reasoning to business challenges
- In-depth knowledge of Business Analysis and ability to identify opportunities and recommend effective solutions
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and facilitating discussions
- Experience in Business Process optimization and ability to contribute to operational efficiency improvements
- Proficiency in defining and analyzing Business Requirements for projects and ensuring alignment with business goals
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
