Business Analyst

This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role located in Coimbatore. The Business Analyst will work closely with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Responsibilities include evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering data-driven insights. The role also involves facilitating communication between stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding, and translating business needs into actionable project deliverables.

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and team members
• Experience in analyzing and improving Business Processes and workflows
• Knowledge of working with Business Requirements and translating them into actionable solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in software development or IT consulting is a plus
