Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze API-related data from various sources to support inventory and classification efforts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine API classification patterns and governance workflows.
- Support intake and exception request processes for API onboarding and compliance.
- Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and dashboards to track API governance metrics.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives related to API lifecycle and governance.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in business analysis or data governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Familiarity with API concepts, data classification, and governance frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow, Apigee, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture or security standards.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
