Role Summary:

As a Sales Executive at Danush, you will be responsible for managing and renewing contracts for our IT Managed Services portfolio. This role is client-facing and revenue-focused, emphasizing strong relationship management, cross-selling of value-added services, and customer retention. Ideal for someone early in their sales career with a passion for technology and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the renewal cycle of managed service contracts across assigned existing client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Understand client business needs and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
  • Collaborate with the delivery and technical teams to ensure alignment of services and customer expectations.
  • Track, manage, and report on renewal pipeline and ensure timely closure of renewals.
  • Deliver accurate and timely proposals and pricing in line with Danush's service catalog and policies.
  • Maintain updated records in CRM systems and provide sales reports to leadership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by keeping clients informed on new services, enhancements, and solutions from Danush.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT Managed Services or enterprise IT solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage client accounts, renew contracts, and deliver strong customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, ERP, or managed services is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a B2B technology sales environment.
  • Knowledge of IT service management practices (e.g., ITIL framework).
  • Previous exposure to SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise technology environments.
