Analysis: Conduct Gap Analysis, Scope Analysis, and Impact Analysis on business processes using techniques like UML use case diagrams, Context Diagrams (Data Flow Modeling), BPMN (process modeling), and flowcharts.
Process Design: Perform AS-IS and TO-BE analysis; suggest fit-for-business solutions by designing processes and workflows.
Prioritization: Prioritize requirements using MOSCOW and business value criteria.
Documentation: Deliver requirement documents such as BRD, FRD, SRS, Use Cases, Process Flows, Change Requests, Traceability Matrices, and Mind Maps.
Communication: Communicate client business requirements effectively using data visualizations, wireframes, and mock-ups.
Validation & Testing: Verify and validate requirements; perform functional testing and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions deliver business value.
Project Liaison: Act as the central point of contact for all project activities, liaising with delivery managers and consulting IT personnel on functional and technical requirements.
Reporting & Tools: Develop effective reporting tools for business units and oversee project completion from concept through final implementation.
