Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will partner with our Product, Tech, and Growth teams to unlock insights from data and drive strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for building dashboards, analyzing data trends, and delivering recommendations that directly impact product innovation, partner growth, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Connect databases (MySQL, Postgres, BigQuery, etc.) to BI and analytics tools (Metabase, Power BI, Tableau).
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Metabase to track product adoption, sales performance, partner success, and campaign outcomes.
• Perform in-depth Excel analysis (pivot tables, macros, Power Query, advanced formulas).
• Write advanced SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and validation.
• Use Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, etc.) for automation, analytics, and predictive modeling.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across all reporting systems.
• Support A/B testing, funnel analysis, and growth experiments with data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst, preferably in SaaS, Tech, or Analytics-focused environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, automation).
• Strong hands-on experience with BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau).
• Proficiency in SQL and good understanding of relational databases.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex datasets into business insights.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to SaaS or API-driven business models.
• Experience working closely with product and growth teams in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with statistical methods, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks.
