Who are we looking for
- Someone with hands-on analytical chops - deep working knowledge of SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and experience using BI tools (e.g., Power BI / Looker / Tableau / Data Studio) to build reports and dashboards
- A data-driven thinker who can translate stakeholder needs into precise metrics, pull and clean data from multiple sources, and surface actionable patterns and insights
- Someone with exposure to product analytics or working closely with product teams, with an understanding of funnels, user journeys, and experiment-driven iteration
What would you be doing
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and BI views that surface key performance metrics and trends
- Analyse large datasets to uncover insights on business performance and user behaviour, and convert them into clear, actionable recommendations
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand data needs, refine metrics, and continuously improve reporting accuracy, processes, and efficiency
What makes you a suitable candidate
We would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
- 13 years in a business/data analyst role, with experience building and maintaining SQL/Excel/BI dashboards that drive real decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to work with large datasets, define metrics, and extract meaningful insights
- Solid command of SQL and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Metabase), and bonus familiarity with Python/R/Google Script/BigQuery
- Excellent communication - able to present findings clearly to stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally
