Business Analyst ( AI tool expertise is a Must ) - 7+ years
Location: Kochi/Bengaluru - Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities where AI can add value.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Act as the communication bridge between business teams, data scientists, and AI engineers.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
AI Product & Use Case Definition
- Identify and define AI use cases such as:
- Predictive analytics
- Risk scoring
- Document processing
- Customer insights
- Automation opportunities
- Define AI product features, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Work with data scientists to understand data requirements and model outputs.
Agile Delivery & Backlog Management
- Create and manage user stories, epics, and tasks in Jira.
- Maintain and prioritise the product backlog.
- Define acceptance criteria and success metrics for AI features.
- Ensure requirements are clearly documented for development teams.
Agile Ceremonies & Delivery Support
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
- Sprint planning
- Backlog grooming
- Daily stand-ups
- Sprint reviews
- Retrospectives
- Ensure smooth collaboration between AI engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Track progress and remove blockers.
Data & AI Understanding
- Understand basic concepts of:
- Machine learning models
- AI pipelines
- Data engineering workflows
- Translate model outputs into business insights and user workflows.
- Work with data teams to define data requirements and quality needs.
