Summary: We are looking for highly competent Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our team to help drive the ongoing development of our cloud-based technology projects. This position requires extensive experience in Story Creation, Agile Methodology & ceremonies, work allocation/tracking and working with product owners and Leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in requirements gathering meetings/workshops with product owners to derive the system requirements and uncover areas of improvement
Performing requirements analysis and create user stories with proper acceptance criteria for development team
Conducting requirement grooming meetings and to share business needs and system requirements with the development team
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
Serving as a liaison between Business users, Business Analyst and development team users
Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
Managing competing resources, dependencies and priorities.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
Gather metrics, conduct retrospective meetings for driving improvements
Required Skills:
Candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience.
Experience in working or managing cloud based web application development

Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Formerly VSTS Teams)
Knowledge in SQL server administration
Experience developing applications with Agile team methodologies preferred.
