Business Analyst

We're Hiring: Business Analyst – Adfactors PR, Mumbai

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

What you'll do:

• Analyse business and operational data to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership.
• Facilitate and participate in business review meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Support teams in understanding trends, opportunities, and business growth areas.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure insights translate into effective decisions.

Location: Mumbai.

What we're looking for:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (AI in Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools preferred).
• Excellent communication skills – ability to simplify complex data into clear insights.
• Proven experience in managing review meetings and preparing business strategy inputs.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of business growth drivers.

Experience: 2–4 years in business analysis, consulting, strategy, or related roles.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance or equivalent from a premier institute (IIMs / IIT is an added advantage).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
