Business Analyst

Title: Business: Business Analyst

Experience: 6+ years .

Location: Navi Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced SME with strong domain expertise in Loan Management Systems (LMS), Loan Servicing, and Collections.

The ideal candidate will act as a key bridge between Business, Operations, Technology, and QA teams, driving successful delivery of LMS and Collections initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scenario & Test Readiness
• Define detailed business scenarios and end-to-end process flows covering all LMS modules.
• Review business scenarios with stakeholders and obtain approvals/sign-offs.
• Support QA teams in understanding business requirements and expected outcomes.
• Validate test coverage against business requirements.
• Stakeholder Management
• Act as a liaison between Business, Operations, IT, Vendors, and QA teams.
• Conduct requirement clarification sessions and workshops.
• Present execution results, business impacts, and solution walkthroughs to stakeholders.
• Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution across teams.
• Defect Management & Production Support
• Participate in defect triage calls and support defect prioritization.
• Analyze defects and assess business impact.
• Work with development and QA teams to validate defect fixes.
• Support UAT activities and production issue analysis.
• Training & Change Management
• Prepare training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
• Support business teams during UAT and post-production rollout.
• Loan Servicing & Collections Coverage
