Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing the business model and its integration with technology, as well as evaluating the current state of operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify customer requirements and define the future state or business solution. Additionally, you will conduct research, gather data, and synthesize information to support decision-making and strategic planning within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business requirements and proposed solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Agile Project Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements. - Experience in creating process maps and documentation to support business analysis. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
