Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Life Sciences and Regulatory Registrations and submissions to support RIM systems and processes. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, application configuration teams, and support teams to manage requirements, change requests, and system enhancements across RIM systems.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with Veeva Vault RIM / Regulatory BA Experience with Stake holder Management, Requirement Analysis, with hands-on exposure to RIM platforms—preferably Veeva Vault RIM. This role demands strong expertise in requirements management, change management, and delivery coordination, along with proficiency in tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.

Must Have Skills: Life Sciences BA Experience Minimum of 5 years, Veeva Vault RIM / Regulatory BA Experience with Stake holder Management, Requirement Analysis and Agile project delivery is Mandatory,

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end requirements management, including enhancements, defect fixes, and change requests
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, application configuration teams, and support teams
• Coordinate the development, testing, and delivery of features and system changes
• Support prioritization, impact assessment, and traceability of requirements across R&D systems
• Manage and track changes using Jira and ServiceNow
• Ensure solutions align with R&D processes, regulatory expectations, and validated system environments
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D, Life Sciences, Regulatory Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and translate them into clear requirements.
• Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise between diverse stakeholders.
• Capability to conduct thorough research and synthesize data to support decision-making.
• Familiarity with process modeling and documentation techniques relevant to life sciences research and development.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Life Sciences BA, Veeva Vault RIM BA or any other RIM BA Experience is Mandatory,
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
