Summary:

As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the organization's structure and workflows to understand how business processes align with technological systems. This role requires evaluating the existing operational state, identifying the needs and expectations of customers, and envisioning an improved future state or solution that enhances business performance. The position demands extensive research, collection, and synthesis of relevant information to support informed decision-making and strategic planning within the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of business and technology is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and insights.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business processes and project requirements.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering.
