Project Role Description : Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Summary

As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business challenges and opportunities is a key part of daily activities, enabling the design of effective and efficient business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
  • Document and communicate business processes and workflows clearly to stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of business solutions by liaising between business and technical teams.
  • Assist in identifying risks and opportunities within business processes and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter BA.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
  • Experience in process modeling and documentation techniques.
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter BA.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
