As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing organizational processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing the current business model, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct research, gather data, and synthesize information to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Collaboration with various teams will be essential as you work to align business objectives with technological capabilities, ensuring that the organization is well-positioned for future growth and success.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Sales with at least one full-cycle Greenfield or Conversion project.

• Strong understanding of key functional differences between ECC and S/4HANA.
• Deep knowledge of S/4HANA Sales innovations and simplifications.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
