As a Business Analyst, your day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. You will evaluate the existing business model and its alignment with technological solutions, carefully studying the current environment. Your role includes identifying the needs of customers and envisioning improved future states or business solutions. You will spend time researching, collecting, and integrating diverse information to support decision-making and strategic planning, ensuring that the organization s goals are effectively met through well-designed processes and systems.
