As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining an organization's structure and workflows to understand how its business model aligns with existing technology. This role requires evaluating the current operational state, identifying the needs and expectations of customers, and envisioning an improved future state or business solution. The position demands extensive research, collection, and synthesis of relevant information to support informed decision-making and strategic planning. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business processes is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of business process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering.
• Ability to conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to support solution design.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at various levels.
• Familiarity with requirements gathering techniques and documentation standards.
