The professional spends time identifying the needs and expectations of customers, envisioning improved future states or business solutions, and conducting detailed research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration and critical thinking are essential throughout the day to ensure that the organization s goals and technology are effectively synchronized.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of business needs and technical requirements.
• Lead the documentation and validation of business processes and workflows to support project objectives.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.
