Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and synthesize information, identifying customer requirements, and defining future business solutions. You will assess the current state of operations and work towards optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur Functional. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Testing, Test Automation Strategy. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in creating detailed business requirements and functional specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Openlink Endur Functional. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
