Summary

As a Business Analyst, Responsible for defining, analyzing, and translating business and payments requirements into functional specifications for IPF-based payment solutions across real-time and batch payment systems

Roles & Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business & functional requirements
• Define end-to-end payment flows (initiation to settlement)
• Perform impact analysis for ISO 20022 and scheme changes
• Support data mapping from legacy payment engines to IPF
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and testers
• Support UAT, defect triage, and go-live activities
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Payments Fundamentals, Business Requirements Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• 6-10 years in Banking/Payments BA roles
• Strong payments domain knowledge (FPS, SEPA, RTGS, SWIFT)
• ISO 20022 & MT/MX message understanding
• Agile / Scrum delivery experience.
• Prior ICON IPF exposure
• Faster Payments or SEPA Instant experience
• Regulatory knowledge (PSD2, compliance, sanctions)

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Payments Fundamentals.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
