Project Role : Business Analyst

Project Role Description : Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Must have skills : Charles River Order & Execution Management OEMS Trading

Good to have skills : Charles River Middle Office, Charles River Portfolio Management & Risk Analytics, Charles River Data and Position Management

Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary

As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs and expectations of customers, envisioning improved future states or business solutions, and conducting detailed research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business environment is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and insights.
  • Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Charles River Order & Execution Management OEMS Trading.
  • Good To Have Skills: Charles River Portfolio Management & Risk Analytics, Charles River Middle Office, Charles River Data and Position Management.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business needs.
  • Experience in documenting business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify gaps and propose effective solutions.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Charles River Order & Execution Management OEMS Trading.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
