Business Analyst (8+ years)

We're hiring: Senior Business Analyst – e-Governance Platform

COSQ Network Private Limited is building a large citizen-facing e-Governance

platform on Java Spring Boot and React/Next.js. We need a senior Business

Analyst to turn policy, process and stakeholder needs into clear, buildable

requirements.

Location: Trivandrum, India (on-site only)

Employment type: Full-time

Experience: 8+ years

CTC: 17.1 – 20.5 LPA (based on skills and experience)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead requirement elicitation with government department officials, citizens

and technical teams through workshops, interviews and process walkthroughs.

• Write SRS/FRD documents, BRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria that

developers and testers can build and verify against.

• Map as-is and to-be service workflows (application, verification, approval,

payment, grievance) using BPMN or equivalent.

• Maintain the product backlog, run sprint planning and refinement, and

handle change requests with impact analysis.

• Prepare wireframes with the UX team, validate designs against requirements

and lead UAT with department users.

• Track traceability from requirement to test case to release, and report

scope, risk and progress to the project manager and client.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst, including 3+ years on government, publicsector or large enterprise portal projects.

• Strong command of SRS/FRD writing, user stories, process modelling and

requirement traceability.

• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, database basics and how Spring Boot

back ends and React/Next.js front ends fit together.

• Hands-on with Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence, and wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq or similar).

• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable presenting to senior

officials.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with e-Governance standards such as GIGW, WCAG accessibility,

Aadhaar/DigiLocker/e-Sign integrations, or state e-District and service

delivery platforms.

• CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO or Agile certification.

• Experience writing tender or RFP responses and effort estimates.
