Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can think strategically, analyze systems deeply, structure operational frameworks, identify growth opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making across different areas of the company.
This is not a conventional reporting-only analyst role. We are looking for someone who can actively contribute to business thinking, operational scalability, market understanding, growth systems, and ecosystem development in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business operations, workflows, and growth opportunities across the organization
- Conduct market, competitor, healthcare, and wellness industry research
- Support strategic planning, operational structuring, and scalability initiatives
- Build reports, dashboards, research summaries, and business insights
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities across systems
- Assist in decision-making frameworks using data and analytical thinking
- Work closely with founders and leadership teams on strategic initiatives
- Support partnership, expansion, and ecosystem development activities
- Create structured documentation, business models, and process frameworks
