Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support consulting engagements across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will work closely with consultants and clients to identify business challenges, analyze data, document requirements, and recommend process improvement solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with consultants and clients to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct industry and market research to support consulting projects and business recommendations.
• Develop user stories, business process documents, functional specifications, and requirement documents.
• Create reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support project planning, execution, and documentation activities.
• Assist in implementing process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and insights effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Consulting, or related domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively based on project requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Process Improvement, or Business Transformation methodologies.
• Experience working on consulting or client-facing projects.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
