We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – RPA & Automation with strong expertise in Business Analysis, RPA, Process Automation, Process Improvement and Stakeholder Management.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years overall experience with 3+ years in Business Analysis
• RPA & Automation initiatives
• Requirement gathering & stakeholder management
• BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases & Acceptance Criteria
• BPMN, Workflow Diagrams & As-Is/To-Be Process Mapping
• Agile, Lean Product Development & Waterfall
• Process improvement and automation opportunity identification

Good to Have:

• UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism
• Enterprise-level RPA programs
• RPA/Automation certifications
• Change management & user adoption
• Product Management / Workflow Automation exposure
