Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements from diverse stakeholders, translating them into clear specifications for development teams, and ensuring successful delivery across both waterfall and agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business processes within the telecom domain.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops, surveys, and use cases to capture client needs.
- Translate conceptual requirements into detailed specifications for developers.
- Create process models, diagrams, and documentation using UML.
- Manage functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain effective communication with complex stakeholder groups.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Business Management.
- Proficiency in requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Familiarity with Telecom frameworks (eTOM, OSS/BSS) and tools like ARIS (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of design-thinking methodology.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
