Job Description

Work with business SMEs to gather requirements across origination, credit assessment, documentation, disbursement, servicing, and collections.
Prepare functional specifications, workflows, use cases, and system configuration requirements.
Support solution design for commercial and retail lending products, ensuring alignment with credit policy and regulatory needs.
Collaborate with vendor and technical teams for system configuration, API mapping, and integration design.
Facilitate UAT planning, test case creation, defect management, and cutover readiness.
Conduct gap analysis and contribute to enhancements for LOS/LMS and core banking modules.
Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and walkthroughs with Operations, Risk, Credit, and Technology teams.
