Role Summary:

We are seeking a Bizfin Manager to drive financial strategy and operations for Hardline (consumer durables like electronics, appliances, home goods) or Softline categories. The role involves:

• Scaling brands across Asia with sustainable revenue and profit growth.
• Using AI-powered forecasting and analytics for demand planning, inventory, and pricing.
• Establishing financial foundations for both new product launches (01) and scaling existing lines (110).
• Partnering with business, sales, and operations to guide strategic decisions and optimize margins.

Experience & Skills:

• 45 years in Finance / FP&A / Business Finance, preferably with consumer durables or hardline/softline products.
• Understanding of multi-channel retail and distribution across Asian markets (India, GCC, SEA).
• Experience in launching and scaling businesses, financial structuring, and growth management.
• Strong commercial finance skills, margin optimization, and cost control.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, BI dashboards, automation tools, AI.
• Leadership qualities: proactive problem-solving, ownership, and strategic thinking.
