Role Overview :
The Business & Economics Educator will engage senior school students through dynamic, concept-driven teaching that connects classroom learning with contemporary global and economic contexts. The educator will foster analytical thinking, ethical decision-making, and collaborative learning while nurturing student confidence and curiosity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver engaging and inquiry-based lessons in Business Studies and Economics.
- Prepare students for curriculum assessments, projects, and examinations.
- Encourage discussion, research, and application of economic and business concepts to real-world scenarios.
- Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning needs and student growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary learning experiences and school initiatives.
- Maintain accurate academic records, assessments, and timely feedback for students and parents.
- Contribute to clubs, events, competitions, and enrichment programs related to commerce and entrepreneurship.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
- Relevant 3-4 Years of teaching experience in Cambridge/ I B Curricula.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and facilitation skills.
- Passion for student-centered learning and holistic education.
