Role Overview:
We're looking for a proactive, results-driven leader to drive our strategic alliances and unlock high-value partnerships that power our next phase of growth. You'll play a key role in expanding our market presence, accelerating revenue, and elevating our brand through impactful collaborations. What You'll Do:
Alliance Strategy & Growth
Identify, evaluate, and strategic partners aligned with the company's long-term vision and revenue goals.
Develop a clear alliance strategy, focusing on key market segments and potential growth areas to drive mutual business benefits.
Relationship Management
Cultivate strong, trust-driven relationships with partnerscreating synergy, shared vision, and consistent engagement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
Revenue Growth
Define KPIs, track performance, and drive consistent revenue growth through targeted partnerships.
Implement joint campaigns, programs, and co-marketing initiatives designed to boost lead generation and conversion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal teamsMarketing, Sales, Product, Complianceto design and execute impactful partnership strategies.
Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with partners to refine priorities, elevate value delivery, and unlock new growth opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Edge
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor actions, and evolving partner needs.
Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to strengthen market positioning.
Operational & Compliance Excellence
Ensure every partnership initiative aligns with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
Work closely with Compliance to address operational updates or adjustments impacting partner programs.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field MBA is a strong plus.
5+ years of hands-on experience in alliances, partnerships, or business development, ideally within fintech or financial services.
A proven track record of unlocking revenue growth through impactful, strategic partnerships, along with strong connects in the Fintech industry.
Sharp strategic thinking with strong analytical and market research skills.
Exceptional communicator and negotiator with solid CRM proficiency and a good grasp of regulatory requirements.
