Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Review and Moderation:
  • Review, classify, and/or remove content (audio, video, text) based on client guidelines using specific tools and platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with client policies and guidelines while maintaining high-quality moderation standards.
  • Stay updated on any changes in client policies and implement those changes promptly in your review process.
  1. Problem Resolution:
  • Solve routine content-related problems by following precedent and referring to general guidelines.
  • Independently resolve basic client-related inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Escalate complex or unclear issues to the broader Trust and Safety team for further investigation.
  1. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Support standard operational activities and deliver reports within the stipulated turnaround time.
  • Monitor and track key performance metrics, providing feedback for process improvements.
  • Use tools such as Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and formulas) and PowerPoint to prepare reports and presentations.
  1. Policy Adherence:
  • Understand and keep up-to-date with changing client policies and guidelines to ensure content is moderated correctly.
  • Perform duties in alignment with client policies, maintaining objectivity and avoiding inherent biases or personal beliefs.
  1. Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work effectively with your immediate team and supervisor to achieve quality standards.
  • Assist in special team projects and identify improvement opportunities in workflow and processes.
  • Participate in team discussions to refine processes and implement improvements.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts like CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPM (Cost Per Mille), and related metrics.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (working knowledge of pivots and formulas).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for preparing presentations and reports.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaborating with the team.
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze information from multiple streams.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
  • Strong ability to solve routine problems using general guidelines.
  • Ability to make decisions and escalate complex issues effectively when necessary.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in reviewing content and ensuring compliance with client guidelines.
  • Emotional Resilience: Ability to manage exposure to potentially distressing content and perform duties with strong emotional resilience and stress management.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and analyze complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
