What would you do
- Responsible for delivering various Supply Chain initiatives majorly focused on Planning, exception management & inventory management.
- Phase-In & Supply Planning: Manage the integration of new parts into the aftersales supply chain and oversee supply planning for recall campaigns to ensure timely distribution and compliance.
- Demand Forecasting: Develop mid- and long-term demand forecasts for parts and services, ensuring alignment with market trends and operational capacity.
- Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to balance cost efficiency with product availability, avoiding stockouts or overstock.
- Supply Chain & Logistics Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure a seamless flow of materials.
- Cross-Functional Coordination and Escalations: Collaborate with internal teams (purchasing, transportation, expediting) and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery.
- Determine the required materials and generating purchase orders.
- Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and distributors.
- Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
- Work closely with client and address risks/queries independently.
- Generate client required reports and agreed frequencies.
- Work closely with leads to understand their supply chain goals. To align business requirements with systems and process solutions that ensure overall objectives are met.
- Provide Root cause analysis, What if analysis in the domain of PO placements/On-Time delivery/Inventory Planning/Exception Management What are we looking for Supply and Demand Planning
