We are looking for a Business Development professional with experience in recruitment / staffing sales to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
Role Highlights:
- Acquire new corporate clients for permanent & leadership hiring
- Manage key client accounts and drive repeat business.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking (No emails outreach)
- Pitch recruitment solutions to HR Heads, TA Leaders & Business Heads
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Develop new clients in FMCG / Building Material / EPC / Automobile / Services & Manufacturing segments in Domestic Market(salary Bands 5 Lacs Plus)
Ideal Candidate:
- 38 years of BD / sales experience in a recruitment / staffing or HRtech firm
- Strong understanding of hiring processes and recruitment commercials
- Has existing HR / corporate contacts (preferred)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong closure ability
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a consultative sales approach.
Compensation
- Full-time: Fixed salary + attractive incentives
- Freelancer / Part-time: Commission per closure.
- High earning potential based on performance and deal size
