Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Accountant role located in Jaipur. The Business Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. Primary responsibilities will also include overseeing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, managing payroll, and providing support during audits. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping practices, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and data interpretation
- Proficiency with accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of financial regulations, tax regulations, and auditing standards
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CA preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, on-site environment
